ProLearn Partnership is an program of Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency's Behavioral Health Services Quality Improvement Division. ProLearn Partnership is a collaborative initiative supporting professional learning and development of mental health and substance use disorder service providers, as well as professionals and paraprofessionals, and stakeholders in the Santa Cruz County community.
