Dr. Peters will define and connect the concepts of implicit bias and racial microaggressions. After reviewing the SF-CESS’ Framework for Transformation,

Dr. Peters will ask participants to engage in reflection activities related to personal identities and individual perspectives about equity and justice.

Webinar objectives are as follows:

· Define and provide context about bias and microaggressions,

· Introduce the SF-CESS’ Framework for Transformation, and

· Provide reflection activities about personal identities to better understand the SF-CESS’ framework.
